Using Xqivo

Xqivo lets users create, preview, print, and download professional invoices. You may use the invoice generator as a guest without an account. Optional account features are intended for saving invoice history, client records, templates, settings, and plan usage.

Guest, Free, and Pro features

• Guest users can create, edit, preview, print, and download invoices.
• Free account users may receive limited saved invoices, saved clients, template usage, email sends, and AI generation operations.
• Pro users may receive expanded or unlimited access depending on the plan shown at checkout.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice details, tax rates, discounts, payment instructions, client information, uploaded logos, and any business or legal information you include in invoices generated with Xqivo.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Xqivo, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, impersonate another business, or use the product to send fraudulent or misleading invoices.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or one-time purchases in the future. Prices, included usage, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules will be shown before purchase when billing is connected.

No accounting or legal advice

Xqivo is an invoice creation tool. It does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for questions about taxes, compliance, payment terms, or business obligations.

Availability

We aim to keep Xqivo fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves from front-end preview to full backend-connected SaaS.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xqivo is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the product.
