Information you provide

When you create an invoice, you may enter business details, client details, invoice line items, payment instructions, notes, logos, and branding preferences. Guest users can create, preview, print, and download invoices without creating an account.

Guest invoice data

The invoice generator is intended to work without requiring sign-up. Invoice content entered as a guest is used to render the live preview and PDF/print output in the browser. Backend account sync will be added later; until then, saved cloud history is not active.

Account data

When authentication and database features are connected, Xqivo may collect account information such as your name, email address, saved invoices, saved clients, billing profile, subscription status, and usage limits. These features are planned to use secure authentication and database rules that scope user records to the authenticated account.

How we use information

• To generate invoice previews, print views, and PDF downloads.
• To save invoices, clients, and settings when account features are enabled.
• To maintain billing limits for guest, free, and paid plans.
• To improve performance, usability, support, and product reliability.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate Xqivo, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, payment, or support providers, once those integrations are enabled.

Security

Xqivo is built with security in mind, including environment isolation, browser-safe public configuration, and user-scoped database rules when backend storage is connected. No online system is perfectly secure, but we design the product to reduce unnecessary exposure of invoice data.

Your choices

You can use Xqivo as a guest, choose not to save data, remove uploaded logos from the editor, and later manage saved invoices and account information when backend features are enabled.
