Information you provide

When you create an invoice, you may enter business details, client details, invoice line items, payment instructions, notes, logos, and branding preferences. Guest users can create, preview, print, and download invoices without creating an account.

Guest invoice data

The invoice generator works without requiring sign-up. Invoice content entered as a guest is used to render the live preview and PDF/print output in the browser. If you create a free account, your documents, clients, items, and settings are saved to your account and synced across your sessions.

When a guest generates or downloads an invoice, quote, or receipt, we record a minimal event (document type, timestamp) plus the client contact details you entered (name, email, phone) so we can understand product usage and, if you choose to reach out, follow up. This data is never sold. If you create an account, the same event is tied to your account instead.

Account data

When you sign in, Xqivo collects account information such as your name, email address, saved invoices, quotes, receipts, clients, items, billing profile, subscription status, and usage limits. Records are scoped to the authenticated account via secure database rules.

How we use information

• To generate invoice, quote, and receipt previews, print views, and PDF downloads.
• To save documents, clients, items, and settings to your account.
• To send reminders and notifications you have enabled (email/SMS via our delivery providers).
• To maintain billing limits for guest, free, and paid plans.
• To improve performance, usability, support, and product reliability.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate Xqivo, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, payment, and SMS/email delivery providers.

Security

Xqivo is built with security in mind, including environment isolation, browser-safe public configuration, and user-scoped database rules. No online system is perfectly secure, but we design the product to reduce unnecessary exposure of document data.

Your choices

You can use Xqivo as a guest, choose not to save data, remove uploaded logos from the editor, and later manage saved invoices and account information.
